Shipping Information

Ready-to-ship items will mail out between 2 and 4 business days. Made-to-order items will ship between 2 and 3 weeks. Unfortunately we only ship to the United States at this time.

Please note the following for general shipping costs.

USPS First-Class Mail

Arrives in 2-6 business days

Flat Rate: $8.00 per order

USPS Priority Mail

Arrives in 1-4 business days

Flat Rate: $12.00 per order

USPS Priority Mail Express

Arrives in 1-2 business days

Flat Rate: $35.00 per order

 

Returns & Exchanges

I’m so glad you chose to shop with me but I’m sorry to hear something isn’t quite right. Please take note of the following policy: unfortunately I don't accept returns or cancellations. I am a one-woman show and small business as you know. Everything is truly created with the utmost care and time. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Exchanges can be accepted for the following items:

  • Events and classes

  • Stickers

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (such as tea)

  • Digital downloads

  • Wearable Items

  • Handcrafted items such as greeting cards, ornaments and earrings

    Conditions of exchange:

Please send me a photo of the item you wish to exchange, (excluding events). In some cases a replacement can be sent at no extra cost to you. But that is at my discretion as the shop owner. You as the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Please mail returns to the address on your packing slip.
